777 Challenge

Hello Readers!

I was tagged by Brett Michael Orr to post 7 sentences from the 7th page in my novel, and tag 7 people to do the same. So…..that’s what I’m gonna do…but I thought for fun I would do it for a couple of my WIP’s since I have a few going. With that said, Let’s do this! (and I would LOVE to hear which one is your favourite.)

More At Home With Strangers(MAHWS):

More At Home With Strangers ( MAHWS )
My sleep’s chased far away, My nights as dark as hell. I’ve got that nasty feeling-
She tried to find the words to write next but couldn’t think of them. Anger boiled up inside of her as she screamed in rage, throwing the pen across the room and the notebook after it. Paisley sat there yelling as she punched her pillow over and over again.
“Paisley!” The familiar voice of the nurse, her nurse, cried out as the pillow was yanked from her hands and two hands grasped her arms tightly. Tears streamed down her face as she looked up at the plump woman. “Paisley, what’s wrong?”

Holding On To Grace(HoTG):

After a moment the other nurse left without a word as Melody helped Billie sit up in the bed, propped up by some pillows.

“The police officer is outside and wants to ask you a few questions. I’m sure he-” Melody said after a moment.

“N-n-no,” Billie interrupted as she automatically placed a hand on her pregnant belly.

“The officer is just trying to help you, sweetie.”

Billie shook her head again.

“They can stop whoever is hurting you and your babies,” the nurse continued on.

Note: This is a first draft so I can’t guarantee the quality of these sentences 😛

I took a sip of my latte as silence dragged on between the two of us. I then started to wonder if this was a bad idea…If I should have kept my mouth shut.

“So what’s your idea?” Lucy asked breaking the silence, causing me to jump slightly but I pulled myself together.

“Well…What if we made a new years resolution?”

Lucy narrowed her eyes. “You do realize no one follows through on resolutions, right? Like ever…”

“Well then we will be the first.” I grinned. “We can make a resolution to fight less. Talk things over like mature young women.”

“But we’re sisters-“Lucy stared into her coffee, “Not business partners.”

I leaned back in my seat, causing it to scrape on the tile floor, and moaned. “Lu!”

I heard a light chuckle slip past my sister’s lips. “I’m kidding. It sounds like an awesome idea.”

“Really?” I grinned sitting up straight in my chair.

Tennyson leaned against the door frame. “Are you alright? You just ran off.”

Blythe picked up her notebook and wrote the words: I’m fine.

“Are you sure?” Disbelief pulled at her insides but the last thing she wanted to do was scare her daughter off.

Blythe nodded.

“Would you like to come with me to the barn. I have some things to do, but I would love your company.” Tennyson always tried her hardest to get her daughter out of the house but nothing ever worked…Her daughter always remained indoors. And it was slowly killing her to see her little girl in the state she was

There was silence for a moment and Tennyson was left to hope her daughter would accept her invitation…but then, Blythe simply shook her head causing that hope to die.

“Alright. Well I’ll be working in the barn for a while then out in the garden if you need me.”

Blythe nodded as Tennyson approached her daughter and kissed the top of her daughters head. “I love you, Blythe.” She smiled

WIP Progress-Writing Update

Hello My Lovely Readers!

So, I was going post a little bit of a writing update yesterday, but along with rushing to get school done so I could spend my 18th Birthday celebrating and hanging out with my family, a forgetfulness to post something came with that haha. So, instead, here is the post I was going to do yesterday!

So, since April my writing has been moving along at the pace of a snail! The main reason being that I’ve got lots of school stuff these next few weeks and have been so busy with school stuff these last few weeks as well. But besides that…we shall move on and I will give you a bit of an update…So yeah….

First things first!

So, a while back I did a post with a poll asking you lovely people which novel you want to see updates on here on the blog and I shall now reveal the results! (On what days and how often I will give updates I don’t know. I’m thinking once every other week but I’m not sure yet)

Screen Shot 2015-06-01 at 9.07.34 AMScreen Shot 2015-06-01 at 9.07.37 AM

So, it has been decided! You will be getting some awesome and fun updates and sneek peeks on the MAHWS series 😀 (As well as Lucy but not as often and it will mostly be writing tip posts on editing and my editing process)

So, yes, it has been decided which now means…. TIME FOR AN UPDATE ON MAHWS!

So, like I said, my writing has been going REALLY slow! and, for a while it was actually going really nicely when I was able to get the chance to write….until I came to this:

I don’t know what happened, but I hit Part 2 of MAHWS and was able to sucessfully outline most of it then this happened….

My brain basically has frozen and I’m not sure why. I’m assuming its just stress of upcoming finals leaking into everything I do and it’s throwing me off and if that truly is the case, I will be back to my writing in no time at all 😀

BUT despite that, the tiny little bits and pieces I’ve been able to get down and judging by my outline….Things are gonna get crazy. Crazy emotional teenage girls, medical issues, hospital visits, low blows, sass, arguments, questioning authority. The WORKS. Basically a lot of this….

and this….

And this….

Then someone is like…

Then someone else replies to above statement with…

Then someone responds to that like…

and someone- *SIGHHHH* You get my point….Gonna be some absolute crazy insanity incoming and I’m really starting to question what kind of mess I’ve gotten myself into…but I feel like this might be somewhat enjoyable actually…

So thats my update!

Oh….and I’m writing a fairytale retelling…But that is for another time 🙂

Until Next Time!

Looking Back || May 2015 In Review

Hello Readers!

So first off, I want to apologize for my lack of posts this last week (and even just lately on a whole) I want to just say that things might be a little slow around here for a while, as finals are in a couple weeks and therefore a lot of my free time is now being used for studying purposes. Then I am free for the summer! Freeeeeeeeeee!

*cough cough* Anyways. On with the post in which I share all the lovely things that went on this last month! Yay!

New Things!

So, as some of you might have noticed, I have something floating around my blog called ‘Spotlight Saturday’ and so far, it’s going very well! I’ve put up 5 posts so far and have about 6 more lined up at the moment with a few more coming in. Now, what is Spotlight Saturday?

Well, It’s a linkup where I interview other bloggers, asking them about their blog, and every Saturday I will post that interview. The purpose behind this is to be able to spread the word about some amazing blogs you may or may not have read before therefore helping you discover new blogs to read and meet other amazing people!

Interested in being interviewed for this? Know someone who will? Send me an email from the contact form on my Contact Page ( <– Click there ) and I will get back to you with the questions and the day your post will be up on the blog!

Book Reviews

All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven —> Quick little fangirl moment for me, but I posted the link to said review on my Twitter and Jennifer Niven retweeted the link to my book review and I’m kinda excited about that, okay?

How Did My Writing Go?

My writing the last month had been basically non-existent but, I am working on getting going on that once more (Summer, I love you) When summer comes around, I  will be working on a bunch of writing stuff. BUT The question is how my writing went in the month of May, So I will answer that.

Despite not being able to write much I did make a lot of headway on More At Home With Stangers. What was that headway made? Well, I completed Part 1 of MAHWS yesterday and fully outlined Part 2. Consdiering I have the third and final part mostly written I only expect another 30k or so. So, over all. Things went quite well.

How Was Life?

Life these last couple weeks has been absolutely glorious! Busy mind you, but still just SO amazing! For example: These last couple weeks, I’ve been prepping for my 18th Birthday and sort of rebelling my being an adult in what is now two days.

Another thing was: On May 22 to the 24th, I was able to go to such a wonderful Youth Conference known as YC where I not only fullfiled a childhood dream, heard many many speakers and bands, but I got to meet up with a friend of mine from school. A great kickoff for the summer of 2015 I must say!

What’s the Plan for June?

June still holds a lot of busy stuff for me relating to school for the first couple weeks, meaning book reviews and writing posts might be a tad bit scarce for the first couple weeks, but I still have some fun things ahead!

1st thing! (Which is quite important)

Summer Approaches Post <– If you want a say in what appears on my blog this summer you might wanna jump on over to that post and fill in a tiny little survey I set up. I want to know what you lovely people want to see this summer on The Librarian Files and for that to happen you need to tell me! You can do so by clicking the link above.

2nd thing!

Kinda adding to the first thing…I will be editing my novel ‘Lucy’ through the summer in which I will be sharing my editing process with you lovely readers aaaaaand maybe be on the look out for some Beta Readers 😉

3rd thing!

I’m assiting a lovely author named Rachelle Rea with the blog tour for her book. You do not want to miss both posts I’ll be doing which will be here, on the blog, on Wednesday, June 3rd and Monday, June 15th.

So, that’s my May 2015 Review post!

Until Next time!

Crazy Times Approach!

Hello Readers!

So first off, I must apologize on the lack of writing posts and such. I do feel quite bad about that and I hope to get back on top of that as soon as I can.

Today’s post is more announcments and just kinda keeping you lovely people up to date on blogging stuff. (With the fun of GIFs included because who doesn’t love those?)

So lets get started as I need to tell you lovely people some things AND get your opinions on some things that are really, quite important.

So, first off this year has gone by SO dang fast and just needs to slow the heck down in my opinion. Anyone else agree? Like I’m still confused. Is this May 2015 or is is 2016 already? I’m very lost…..Now, moving on.

1. Finals Are Incoming

It’s the time of year all high school students dread and it is a HORRIBLE time for writers and/or bloggers because we can’t spend much time with you lovely blog readers or spend time writing out novels and reading! and why is that? Becasue stupid finals! That’s why. Consider this first point a warning that I may (SADLY) be less frequent with posting but I will not abandon you! I will still keep posting but it just might be less frequent.

2. I’ve started a new blogging feature!

This blogging feature is called ‘Spotlight Saturday‘ and every saturday I share a brief interview with a lovely blogger and help shine a spotlight on their blog! Why am I telling you this? Well…Because I’m looking for lovely people to interview! (I have up until the 3rd Saturday of June booked up but after that I will have no more and I want to keep this going!) Are you interested in being featured on my blog? Or maybe know someone else who might be? There are a couple ways you can do that.

If you go to my Contact Page you can send me an email from there OR you can tweet me about it (my Twitter handle is @ABookishFangurl) and I’ll send you the questions!

3. My WIP’s

So, readers. This and the next point is where I am going to need your help. I want to start sharing the progress of one of my novels more frequently on the blog. (Maybe once or twice every few weeks?) But I can’t decide which one it should be! I have a couple options so, for that reason, I will let you vote!

4. Important

This is a VERY important question so I MUST ask that you comment one of the following words highlighted in red.

Dragons or Mermaids?

5. Wattpad

I have a novel on Wattpad. Nuff said. You can read it by clicking here if you want. —> Read Aimlessly Wandering on Wattpad

So that’s it for my announcments and such!

Until Tomorrow with another Spotlight Saturday!

Camp NaNoWriMo || Winner!

Screen Shot 2015-04-28 at 12.28.31 PM

I’m SO happy to be adding this badge to my little collection. 🙂 To be honest I wasn’t really sure if I was gonna make it out of CampNaNo alive but I did make it out. My sanity questionable, but I made it!

I first ran into Camp NaNo like I was in the battle for Narnia….

But by the end, I realized how close the end of April was and how little I had truly done and I ended up freaking out and just running with it….

*nervous chuckle* So yeah…The last 10k I’m pretty sure might be a whole boat load of crap…But some things might still be salvageable…I hope.

Screen Shot 2015-04-28 at 12.29.12 PMAnyways. Overall I would say NaNo went really well this time around as I kept pretty caught up on the word count this time around. (Unlike in November where I hardly wrote anything the first week and a half then scrambled around like crazy to catch up…and didn’t 😛 )

I do wish I had done more posts about my novel in the end, but yet it was becasue I was busy with CampNaNo that I couldn’t do as much blogging as I wanted…and in this case that is very very good.

So, I lost track of how many chapters each POV character has at this point as I have a lot of chapters, but I’ll give you a quick recap of the stats.

  • I finished Camp NaNo with 40,378
  • I finished Camp NaNo EARLY
  • The final Chapter Count was 63 chapters
  • The novel is still incomplete. (The first time I haven’t had a first draft finished at 40k words)

  • Thanks to a prompt someone posted on the GTW page I now know one of my characters is going to die

There you go! Basic recap of my story = Completed! I’m quite happy with it overall I must say. I’m now taking a short break on the novel as writing as much as I did in a month is very draining and I don’t want the whole idea to be a flop cause I was burnt out. While taking that little break, I will be completing Aimlessly Wandering (My novel on Wattpad) and also do one final edit on ‘Holding on To Grace’ My plan is to come back to MAHWS in mid May.

Now, before I end this post I thought I would 1. Share the cover and synopsis with you all in caseScreen Shot 2015-04-28 at 12.28.39 PM you are new to the blog between my updates and 2. Share all the links to previous posts from the month in case you missed one or two of them 🙂

BUT before I do that I want to thank you all for posting your comments of encouragement and asking my characters questions and all that fun stuff. All your comments really kept me motivated to finishing Camp NaNo. But there are two people in particular who I would LOVE to thank in particular. Those two people are Justine Machin and Jennifer Niven (yes THE Jennifer Niven…as in author of All The Bright Places)

Why do I want to thank them? Well, Justine Machin saw my post back in March about my Camp NaNo novel and where I got the idea and she shared it on Twitter tagging Jennifer Niven to check it out as it seemed like something that might interest her. { insert freak out session that lasted for hours here} and long story short, Jennifer Niven replied to the tweet and said she really liked the idea! {Insert another long freak out}

Yeah, it might not be much but really, those comments and someone telling an author like Jennifer Niven about MAHWS really kept me motivated through the month.

So, Jennifer and Justine, to you I want to say “Thank you so much <3”

Now…That said time to share the previous posts with you lovely people!

More At Home With Strangers ( MAHWS )

Four teenagers, Mackenzie, Paisley, Tarryn and Maiya can’t stand each other upon meeting which makes having to live together hard. But they don’t have much choice considering the foster system is a hard, complicated issue. None have any valid excuse to leave, except their hatred for each other, so in the same home they remain. With the help of Gabrielle and David Harrow, the girl’s foster parents, they fight their own demons and face things they would much rather forget….and soon find that not only friendship starts to bring them together but that they are more at home with these strangers than anyone else.

Camp NaNoWriMo Novel’s I’m in Love With!

#1 Crimson Gods by Aimee Meester

Synopsis: Rune, the renowned Ring fighter, has finally lost a match.
Barely escaping with his life, he has left honor, dignity, riches, and a certain woman named Jalila behind, owing his life to a mere peasant by the name of Lake when the boy drags him from a heap of bloodied corpses. Surely surviving a slit throat is a message, a blessing from the gods – Rune must be called to greater things than this.

Lake is the key back into the Ring, and back into honor. And surely honor will win back Jalila’s heart. But training a boy to slaughter has its downsides; namely, Lake is developing extraordinary talents to rival Rune’s own, and Jalila is not impressed. Rune falls deeper and deeper into a darker path with every attempt to earn redemption and respect, while watching Lake become the hero instead – and in the end, can the villain really win out for good?

Meet Aimee:

Can we talk about the EPIC hair going on here? Like AWESOME!

Aimee is a writer, reader, fangirl, homeschooler (and proud of it), Christian, Myers-Briggs ESTP, and many other things. She is fond of referring to herself in the third person, believing it makes her look cool.
Occasionally she is funny. Often she is sarcastic. To the Barricade! is her place to rant, ramble, review, be as sarcastic as she likes, spill out the brutal honesty she’s so fond of, and fangirl with people who (hopefully) get what she’s talking about.
She owns a psychotic cat and a very chill snake.
At the moment, her obsession is all things Marvel.
She writes sci-fi, with many dabblings in steampunk. If a genre is weird and/or obscure, she’s probably tried it at some point or another.

#2 How To Be Invisible And Rule The World by Rachel Day

Meet Rachel:  So I am Rachel!  I’m a Home-schooled teen, going onto study Graphic Design!

I’m your shy type, the girl that kind of just stands in the corner and watches everyone. I tend to keep to my small group of friends, and tend to hold onto the friendships I make. I am guarded in “real life,” I’ve been told I mysterious by many people, which makes me laugh, cause its true, but never thought that people would think that! So I’m the mystery girl!
My Myers-Briggs personality type is ISFJ.

#3 Plot Bunnies (Working Title) by Kate I. Foley

Synopsis: A story about the characters living in a writer’s brain. They all live together, even if they’re not from the same book. They hang out, talk, go to group therapy (if they even survive their book), etc. One day, the main character’s best friend and sidekick from her novel discovers that The Writer is planning on killing her during an epic battle. The MC can’t let this happen, so she organizes a group of characters–heroes and villains alike–to start a rebellion and take over their stories. This is if they can survive edits, character cuts, Writer’s Block, the Pinterest vortex, and the Pit of Doubt.

Meet Kate:11

I am a 14-year-old homeschooler, author, daydreamer, voracious reader, and fangirl. I love the impossible (which might explain my obsessions with fantasy novels and Harry Potter) but I dip into the real world . . . occasionally. I tend to get overly emotional when reading sad parts in my favorite books or whenever anyone mentions “Doomsday,” “The Reichenbach Fall,” and basically anything related to “Supernatural.” I write to survive and will often yell at my characters if they aren’t behaving, which is always. It doesn’t usually help. I am a contributor to the “Fauxpocalypse” anthology. You can follow me on Twitter at @Magic_Violinist.

About ‘Plot Bunnies’

Camp NaNoWriMo || Meet Tarryn

Hello Readers!

So, now it’s time to introduce you to Tarryn McPherson.

Tarryn“Mirror, Mirror on the wall, Have I got it? ‘Cause Mirror you’ve always told me who I am. I’m finding it’s not easy to be perfect” ~Mirror by BarlowGirl

Chapter 7
Tarryn McPherson

The loud slam of the door pulled Tarryn off the couch in the living and darting into the kitchen. She rounded the corner to find her foster-brother, who had just entered through the kitchen door. She cringed as her foster parents in the other room started to argue loudly. Angry words being thrown back and forth at each other.

“Hi.” Tarryn nodded once at the sight of her foster brother, Michael, smiling slightly.

“Miss me?” He chuckled as he slid off his shoes and shuffled towards the fridge and opened it.

“Anything to ignore that.” Tarryn replied turning her head towards the hall to her right where her foster parents were still arguing in the next room.

Michael was silent for a long time as he grabbed a container of food and an apple out of the fridge. “How was therapy today? Sorry I couldn’t come.”

Tarryn’s stomach did somersaults inside her body. What was he going to say if she told him she skipped out…again. “There’s nothing wrong with me…”

Don’t those doctors see? Tarryn asked herself. I’m fat. I don’t need to gain weight.

Her vision was twisted. What everyone else saw was a walking skeleton with skin but all she saw was what everyone labelled her as.

Not good enough.

Far from perfect.

She looked up at her brother as he ran a hand over his face as he groaned. “Did you skip again?”

Tarryn didn’t reply as she forced her shaky legs to walk across the kitchen to the sink where she grabbed a glass of water. “I’m not sick, Michael. I’m not.”

She watched as her brothers angry expression turned to rock. “The doctors say otherwise. Have you looked at yourself lately?”

Tarryn stumbled back feeling the blow of his words as tears blurred her vision. Yes she wanted to say Yes, I have seen myself lately and I’m still too fat. I hate my body. As much as she wanted to say those words, she kept them to herself as she darted out of the room away from her brother.

TarrynSo, that’s the first chapter where Tarryn is introduced! I hope you liked it. (Yes, it’s sad and I’m cruel but what else is new? 😉 :P)

Tarryn’s life has been a rather difficult one to say the least. She’s been in and out of many homes since the age of 6 years old after her parents died. She was taken from her brother and now, at the age of 17 years old, she hasn’t seen him since she was 10 and they were in the same foster home for a couple months. She doesn’t know where he is, what kind of person he is, if he is looking for her and even things like his favourite food or favourite color. Not having her big brother around is very hard for her since he is the only family she has left and that makes moving from home to home even harder.

Now, here is a little bit about Tarryn’s style/fashion sense so you can get to know her a bit more. These are some questions I found online….With that said, if you have any questions for Tarryn (or Maiya and Paisley)  you can comment on this or any of my other MAHWS realted posts and I will interview her in another post!

How would you describe your character’s style? For many reasons and events in her past, Tarryn is very careful about the clothing that she wears and usually will wear jeans and long sleeved shirts or anything that keeps her fully or mostly covered. I’m not sure what that ‘style’ would be called or if it even counts as one though…

50e359eb069c0705a5bec2c5f12ba79cIf they were a cartoon character, what would be their signature outfit? Her signature outfit would be a pair of boots, leggings, and her fathers old, oversized sweater. (That is like 5 times to big for her)

Tattoos? Piercings? She has one tattoo on each foot. One has her fathers full name with his day of birth and death and the other is the same but for her mother. No piercings.

What color do they wear most often? Greys or blacks mostly.

Do they have a lucky t-shirt or some other lucky garment? She has her fathers sweater…Though she doesn’t use it for luck but more for a sense of comfort.

Would they wear two different socks? Yes. She wouldn’t really care.

Do they need fashion advice or do they give it to others? She gives it to others but doesn’t want advice herself. She has her reasons for the outfits she wears and she likes her clothes and nothing you say will make her change that…

How do they react to having their style criticized? She gets hurt by any sort of criticism so…

Would they be sen in public looking less than perfect? No way. She has to look perfect before going anywhere.

Do they pay more attention to other’s advice or their own sense of style? Her own sense of style for sure.

What kind of shoes do they prefer wearing? Something stylish but comfortable. So a nice pair of boots or runners.

What do they usually wear at home? She strives for perfection so she is always dressed up rather nicely. Nothing to casual or frumpy

Which outfits would they definitely pack for a vacation? The best outfits shes got. Once again, she strives for perfection when it comes to clothing and looks so it would be only the best that would come with her on vacation.

Do they have a particular skin care routine? No real skin care routine, really. Her idea of skin care is hiding all the adorable freckles on her face with makeup.

How much do they care about their hair? A lot. She hates how curly her hair is so she straightens it daily and will do it up so it looks nice.

Camp NaNoWriMo || Meet Maiya

Hello Readers!

It’s time to, once again, introduce you to another one of my main characters from my novel ‘More At Home With Strangers‘!

As the post title clearly states, I am going to introduce you to Maiya Sterling!

MaiyaChapter 3
Maiya Sterling

Maiya trudged home, the insults of her classmates ringing in her head over and over again. ‘Retard’ is what they had called her, and she had a hard time trying to ignore it. Just like she had a hard time learning anything which only added to the teasing.

As she rounded the corner, Maiya spotted a lone police car sitting in the driveway of her home. No sirens, no lights, just…sitting there. She didn’t think and just ran and within seconds of doing so she started into a coughing fit, gasping and wheezing for breath and she was forced to stop.

“If the doctor could see me now he would have my head on a platter.” Maiya scolded herself as she hurriedly walked to the house, her coughing fit continuing. As she made her way towards the police car an officer got out of the car.

“What-” Maiya wheezed, “What’s going on?” She asked the short woman clad in an officers uniform.

She watched as the officer opened her mouth to speak but from behind her another voice spoke instead. “Come inside, Maiya. We need to talk.”

She whirled around to see the gruff, familiar face of Marcus Taylor standing in the doorway of her home. Maiya’s heart dropped. Not him again.

“I don’t want to talk, Mr. Taylor. I know why you are here.” Maiya blinked back tears telling herself not to cry knowing that would throw her off. “What did mama do? Why am I going to a new home again?”

She watched as the gruff, neutral look on his face melted to a frown. “Same as last time. Same as last time.”

Maiya closed her eyes as a tear slid down her face. “Okay…I’ll pack my things.”

MaiyaOhhhh the unanswered questions. Heehee. I’m just kidding. I’ll tell you a bit more about sweet little Maiya. She’s a fragile, delicate, little creature. (I think of her and see a porcelain doll) Both literally and figuratively. Maiya is a quiet girl who has been through some tough things. Those being struggle to learn/pick up on things quickly making school work a challenge. The other more ‘up in your face’ type thing is that she has breathing issues. Her lungs are rather deformed and really, no one knows how she is even alive in the first place. To make matters worse, she has a mother who could care less about her and is addicted to drugs and alcohol leaving her to fend for herself mostly.  (I can’t say too much because I don’t wanna spoil other back story stuff)

Now…As for Maiya herself. Like I said she is quiet and extremely shy. She is a rather skilled cook and any opportunity she can grasp to cook or bake, she takes. She has no choice but to stick with mainly indoor activities but she would one day love to play soccer if she somehow woke up one day and was miraculously healed.

Now, here is a little bit about Maiya’s style/fashion sense so you can get to know her a bit more. These are some questions I found online….With that said, if you have any questions for Maiya you can comment on this post and I will interview her in another post!

How would you describe your character’s style? Haha. It’s actually kinda hard to say…Kinda a dressy casual look…

If they were a cartoon character, what would be their signature outfit?  A baseball cap, plaid shirt with a geeky t-shirt underneath, a pair of jeans and runners.

Tattoos? Piercings? Nope. Neither.

What color do they wear most often? She usually wears light colors. No color more than the other..but she likes softer looking colors

Would they wear two different socks?  I don’t think she would really care…so yes.

Do they need fashion advice or do they give it to others? She often gives it to others but she also wants fashion advice cause she doesn’t feel like she can trust her own judgement.

How do they react to having their style criticized?  She dresses for herself and no one else…So she tries to ignore it while secretly running through that criticism in her mind.

What kind of shoes do they prefer wearing?  Sneakers or flip flops.

What do they usually wear at home? Just whatever she wants. Some days its a skirt and dress shirt and some days its sweat and a sweater and others its jeans and a t-shirt. All just depends on the day for her.

Which outfits would they definitely pack for a vacation? She doesn’t have many clothes. Lots of mix and match items so she would just pack whatever she has. Though, she’s never really been on a vacation before…

Do they have a particular skin care routine? The occasional time she gets a zit she will put zit cream on haha. That’s seriously about it. (That counts, right?)

How much do they care about their hair? Quite a lot. She always wants it to look the best she can style it.
